Q:  Can the Bar Association answer my legal question?

A:  The Bar Association does not have attorneys on staff and cannot give legal advice or information.

Q:Are attorneys required to be members of the Bar Association?

A:  No, Bar membership in the State of Colorado is voluntary.  Attorneys are not required to be members of the Bar Association to practice law in CO.

Q:  Can I file a complaint against an attorney with the Bar Association?

A:  Complaints and disciplinary matters are not handled by the Bar Association in Colorado.  To file a complaint against an attorney contact the

Q:Can I visit the Bar office?
