Impaired Practice - appropriate for all attorneys and judges 

with Barbara Ezyk of the Colorado Lawyers Assistance Program  

This presentation will explain the Colorado Lawyer Assistance Program and what it has to offer our judges, lawyers and law students.  Information will be presented about substance abuse and mental health issues, including the impact on a national level, the State of Colorado and in the legal profession. Will then discuss identifying early signs and symptoms of substance abuse and mental health issues in order to seek help sooner rather than later.  Will discuss how and where to seek help for the judge, lawyer or law student dealing with whatever is impacting their ability to be a productive member of the legal community.
