            In today’s age of technology and law most attorneys at some time or another will be confronted with a forensics or eDiscovery issue, whether on behalf of a client or personally.  It is important that before this occurs attorneys fully understand what each forensics and eDiscovery are, what information can be gathered and discovered on computers or mobile devices, and what rules apply. This session will introduce attorneys to these terms and rules.

  • Various types of digital forensics to include computer, cell or smartphone, mobile devices and some Cloud
  • What data can be discovered using forensics and how the information can help your case

  • Some cyber security to better protect information, and more
