- Organization's nonprofit status as a 501(c)3 (Please note, the El Paso County Bar Foundation only grants to nonprofit organizations.)
- Person submitting application
- Organization’s address and phone number
- Contact person’s phone number and e-mail
- Amount requested
- Purpose of grant, which meets the directives of the El Paso County Bar Foundation, and a narrative justification:
- Improves the delivery of legal services
- Promotes education, knowledge, and awareness of the law
- Improves the administration of justice
- Provides legal services to the disadvantaged
- Serves a similar charitable law-related need in the El Paso and Teller County communities
