    The Weeks & Luchetta Law Firm is now accepting applications for a full time Front Desk / Legal Marketing Assistant. 

    Responsibilities include receptionist and secretarial duties to include the following:

    • Answering phones
    • Assisting with firm marketing efforts: 
    • Blog posting 
    • Website edits/additions 
    • Social media scheduling and posting 
    • Content calendar creating and implementation
    • Client contact
    • Data entry
    • Typing (knowledge of Microsoft Word required)
    • File/document management
    • Maintenance of equipment; help identify, inventory, order and receive office supplies
    • Maintaining highest level of client care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
    • Able to withstand rigor of busy law firm practice and maintain professional poise

    The Justice Center is seeking sample motions and other frequently used documents to create a document bank for their volunteer attorneys to access when taking a case.

    If you have motions or other documents you would like to share with pro bono attorneys, many whom are new lawyers being supervised to take cases, we would be most grateful!
