The Kohn Law Firm is hiring a family law litigation attorney. Candidates should be adept at handling all aspects of a family law case and be comfortable and confident in the courtroom. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the field of family law or civil litigation. We are a small boutique firm that is currently expanding and want to hire an experienced attorney. You will be asked to oversee your own caseload and manage your cases as needed. We provide a team environment where we try to give our client’s top notch legal services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year, base of $110,000, plus a bonus of 25% of collected billables over 225 hours per quarter (bonuses paid on a quarterly basis). Billable requirement is 110 hours per month.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Colorado Springs, CO 80903

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in family law a plus
• Courtroom experience is required
• Previous experience in conducting consults for new clients a plus
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide great customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent legal research skills
• Ability to work both independently and on a team
• Ability to independently litigate cases at trial as lead counsel
• Strong writing skills

Experience:

Family law: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Colorado Bar License (Required)
