Brief Biography
My practice emphasizes civil and commercial litigation. I have considerable trial experience including more than 50 trials in state and federal courts. I am a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and I’m listed in Best Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation) and Colorado Super Lawyers (Business Litigation). I am a Past President of the El Paso County Bar Association. I graduated from Stanford Law School and Colorado State University, where I majored in accounting. I am an inactive certified public accountant.
