Brief Biography
Tony’s extensive experience involves all phases of the civil litigation process; including written discovery, expert witness consultations, depositions, motions practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial. He has tried dozens of both bench and jury trials. Tony’s accomplishments also include successful outcomes through effective motions practice, and appellate briefing before the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has represented numerous entities and individuals — including medical professionals and property owners.
