Lisa has lived in Colorado most of her life where she attended high school, college, and graduated from law school with honors at the University of Colorado School of Law. She watched her father, attorney Gary Dailey, represent generations of families and has continued the tradition by practicing in El Paso County for 30 years. Her practice is focused on family law including separation and divorce, parenting plans, classification and division of marital and separate property, spousal maintenance, child support, marital agreements, wills and estate planning, and estate administration. Lisa represents clients in a variety of dispute resolution models including settlement conferences, litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
For the past several years, Lisa has been voted as a Top Attorney in Colorado Springs by her peers and in 2018, she was selected to appear on the cover of the Top Attorneys issue of Springs Style Magazine. Lisa is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and has received an AV rating from her peers through Martindale Hubbell. She is the recipient of the 2010 Colorado Springs Business Journal Women of Influence Award. Additionally, Lisa has served as the Chair of the Family Law Section from 2003 – 2006 and is a past President of the El Paso County Bar Association. She previously served on the Colorado Lawyer Trust Account Foundation Board and the Board of Directors for the Catamount Institute. She is currently serving as the Pikes Peaks Lawyer newsletter editor and is on the board of The Place. Lisa’s strong belief in giving back to the community provides the basis for her annual pro bono commitment while she is focused on helping each client reach an equitable, fair resolution through tailored services to meet each person’s needs.
