Encourage colleagues, friends, and paralegals to attend this important CLE.

While the work is very rewarding, the practice of law is uniquely stressful and demanding. Sometimes the warning signs that you or your colleagues could benefit from help aren’t easy to spot. This presentation will help you understand the neurobiology of stress, why stress is contagious, and how to mitigate the damaging effects of stress.

The Supreme Court's Colorado Lawyer Assistance Program (COLAP) will also teach you to recognize the signs and symptoms of anxiety, depression, burnout, suicidal ideation and impaired practice so you can offer support to colleagues and help them get assistance. You will learn about COLAP and the confidential resources available to you and your colleagues.
