"Approval of Minor’s Settlements"

Topic: Mr. Frigon will discuss Rule 62 of the Colorado Rules of Probate Procedure (“Rule 62”) where a guardian or conservator of a minor or disabled person can seek court approval of a proposed settlement of the ward’s claim.

Brad practices law in Colorado, Wyoming and Kansas, is the Past-President of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, appointed member of the Special Needs Alliance, a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA), a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP), a board member of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities and a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Breakfast Schedule: 7:30 breakfast check-in begins. Announcements and the presentation start promptly at 8 am.  A plated breakfast will be served at 8:00AM. Meetings adjourn at 9:00 am.
