Speaker: Kenneth Davidson

I have been in the private practice of law since 1976. My practice emphasizes landlord tenant law, representing only landlords, and collection law. I represent a large number of management companies and individual owners dealing with properties primarily located in El Paso county. I do several hundred evictions each year. I have taught several seminars on landlord tenant issues, and I counsel and represent real estate companies and their property managers on all Landlord/Tenant/Owner issues.

If you are not a member of the EPCBA, please bring a $10 check payable to the El Paso County Bar Association or pay online.

The program starts at 12:00 and ends by 1:00pm.

The lunch is held on the 2nd floor of Jack Quinn’s. We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no elevator access, only stairs. Please let us know if you need accommodation.

Full Jack Quinn's menu is available. Individual checks.
