Speaker: Kenneth Davidson

I have been in the private practice of law since 1976. My practice emphasizes landlord tenant law, representing only landlords, and collection law. I represent a large number of management companies and individual owners dealing with properties primarily located in El Paso county. I do several hundred evictions each year. I have taught several seminars on landlord tenant issues, and I counsel and represent real estate companies and their property managers on all Landlord/Tenant/Owner issues.
