CLE Discussion:  Attorney Alan Agee will give an overview of the social security disability process.  He will cover the five-step sequential evaluation process, the trend in Administrative Law Judge disposition rates and the appeal process in the United States District Court.

Alan Agee earned his law degree in 1989 from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.  He was admitted to the Colorado State Bar and began practicing law in Colorado Springs in April 1989.   His practice is located at 512 South 8th Street. Mr. Agee’s law practice includes Social Security Disability Applications and Appeals, Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
