Eviction Defense Training
CLE: 6 General and 1 Ethics
Back, due to popular demand!
Our Forcible Entry & Detainer (FED) eviction training on January 31st was completely full. The training covered how to do an FED hearing, timeline of an eviction, a caselaw and statutory overview, sample answers, legislative updates...
Good news! The training was recorded, and we will be hosting two 4.5 hour video trainings at the El Paso County Bar office (3/20/20 and 4/16/20).
If you choose to volunteer your time after the training to provide advice on six landlord/tenant cases OR represent two eviction cases, the training is free! If not, the price is $50.
