SCENIC TOUR RULE 1: ETHICS

Part Two

CLE: 1 General  & 1 Ethics

Mr. Williams will continue his discussion of Rule 1 of our ethics rules. In this continuation of the December 16, 2020 Probate Section Webinar, he will discuss Rules 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4, and, possibly, 1.5.

Please note that this CLE may extend through May, 2021. Mr. Williams has found that a satisfactory review and discussion of the Rules and case law takes much longer than expected.
