A Scenic Tour of Rule 1 of the Ethics Rules – Part Six
CLE: 1 General & 1 Ethics
Presented by Gordon J. Williams
Mr. Williams will continue his discussion of Rule 1 of our ethics rules. In this continuation of the December 16, 2020 Probate Section Webinar, he will discuss Rules 1.10-1.14 which pertain to Imputation of Conflicts of Interest and dealing with clients with diminished capacity.
Please note that this CLE will extend through May, 2021. Mr. Williams has found that a satisfactory review and discussion of the Rules and case law takes much longer than expected.
