SIJS classification is available to youth in the United States who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected. Learn how to determine if a client may be eligible for SIJS and how to initiate the process. Immigration attorney, Kyle Wasser, will guide attendees through the SIJS process and offer some tips and advice.

This training is FREE for volunteers with The Justice Center, Colorado Legal Services, or the Civil Pro Bono Project. Other attendees are welcome if they agree to volunteer through one of these agencies!
