Legislative Update

CLE: 1 General


David Struthers, Esq. partner at Dill Dill Carr Stonbraker & Hutchings, P.C., Denver, has been an attorney for thirty-seven years and has amassed a vast and diverse level of experience in Probate and Personal Injury Litigation, to include appellate work and arguing before the Colorado Supreme Court. The current professional life of Mr. Struthers has emphasized probate litigation matters from fiduciary representation, accountability and advice, to estate administration, will contests, trust disputes and Colorado Bar Association committee work and CLE presentations. Mr. Stuthers is a multi talented individual who will amaze us all on September 15, 2021 with a Legislative update destined to be one of the greatest presentations in the history of this Probate Section!

Join Us at the lovely, outdoor and open air venue, Hillside Gardens, at 11:30 to take a brief stroll through the gardens and commune with nature as you network before Mr. Struthers’ presentation commences at 12:00 noon. Lunch will be catered by Brakeman’s, please make your lunch selection during registration. (Last day to register for catering purposes is Friday September 10, 2021)
