This is going to be a presentation hosted by the Family Court Facilitator’s Office and the Bench, as represented by Judge Catherine Mitchell-Helton. The Court and staff will be providing us with updates regarding the Court’s Early Neutral Assessment program, the new Pre-Decree Case Management Order, ICWA and new information on pleadings, new Parenting Class and CFIT options, updates on in-person vs. virtual appearances, and more!
