Join us for a discussion on Sgarlatti and discovery with Judge Prince.  We will be discussing Colorado Rule 16.2 and exploring how the law guides practitioners and judges to attempt to gain full and fair disclosures from all parties.  We will also discuss the challenges practitioners and judges face in the absence of full and fair financial disclosures in domestic relations cases, and the scope of possible imputation and remedies for clients.
