We are happy to welcome Judge Katzman and distinguished counsel Michael Allen for our opening CLE luncheon of the year!  This month we will be bringing you a discussion on domestic violence issues and dynamics in the DR world.  In addition, we will hear from Judge Katzman on overlays with Protection Orders and he will discuss some of the more drastic changes to the criminal law sentencing scheme in Colorado to provide our family law practitioners with context that often becomes relevant in our DR practice.
