Join us for a presentation by County Court Judge Dennis McGuire, Rick Bednarski and Sue Kuiper of EMBRAVE (“Options”), to discuss the law surrounding Options, what it is, who can utilize the program and who cannot. Mr. Bednarski is appealing a case on this issue and he will provide insight on arguments that work and will not work. Ms. Kuiper will discuss EMBRAVE so that the legal community will be more familiar with the program available to their clients. Lunch will be provided.
