The El Paso County Bar Association

Proudly Serving the Pikes Peak Region Since 1902

Mission

... to promote justice and education by funding and promoting innovation in legal services, enhancing access to justice for the under-served, and supporting the public interest activities of the El Paso County Bar Association.

The Pikes Peak Justice and Pro Bono Center (d.b.a The Justice Center) works to provide increased access to legal services for underserved populations in the Pikes Peak region who would otherwise not be able to access these services, either because of financial restrictions or other barriers. The Justice Center is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Highlights of our work:

  • Over the course of 2017, attorneys provided pro bono services to 433 individual clients at our Ask-a-Lawyer legal clinic, representing a total donation of time and expertise of $36,290.
  • Attorneys who participated in our Call-a-Lawyer program donated $24,668 in time and expertise while helping 524 clients.
