Join the Probate Section for their last breakfast of the 2017-2018 year. This last breakfast closes with a very special speaker, Judge James R. Wade.
James R. Wade, a former Denver Probate Judge, has labored diligently for over 4 decades sharing his skill and knowledge with the estate and trust community. Throughout his career, Mr. Wade has been a frequent lecturer and visiting professor on probate topics around the country. He has been involved in numerous high profile cases, including the highly publicized Anna Nicole Smith case. He has authored multiple books, including the title Colorado Law of Wills, Trusts and Fiduciary Administration. Mr. Wade will present on the topic of Fiduciary Neutrality in Estate Administrations and Will Contests.
